Rozita Saad has accumulated extensive expertise and knowledge in a broad spectrum of legal work, encompassing various aspects of conveyancing, which includes, but is not limited to, handling sub-sales of properties (e.g., land, housing, etc.), auction sales, property transfers, discharges, and banking facilities.

Her practice extends to a wide array of conveyancing, real estate, and property-related matters. This includes managing sales, purchases, mortgages, refinances, residential and commercial property leases, and sales and purchase agreements. She is well-versed in all facets of conveyancing, ranging from direct purchases from developers to sub-sales, refinancing, and tenancy matters.

Furthermore, she boasts a wealth of experience in collaborating with prominent financial institutions, such as MBSB Bank Berhad, Public Bank Berhad, RHB Bank Berhad, CIMB Bank Berhad, Maybank Berhad, Hong Leong Bank Berhad, Ambank (M) Berhad, Alliance Bank Berhad, and LPPSA.
